A dependable furnace is an integral part of a comfortable home. Unexpected cold spells in Texas can paralyze the entire property. Without a functional furnace, winters can be tough.

Since you don’t want a broken furnace to catch you by surprise, you must know a few details about how long these appliances work. Many factors go into keeping a furnace in top shape for years. Some of them depend on how well you take care of it.

So, how long do furnaces last? Let’s take a closer look.

Average Lifespan of Different Types of Furnaces

How long should a furnace last? The answer to that depends on the type of furnace you have, which makes a difference in how long it will work reliably. In Texas homes, the most common options are gas, electric, and oil furnaces.

Gas Furnaces

On average, gas furnaces last 15–20 years. They heat quickly while being cost-effective. This combination makes these appliances appealing to many homeowners. However, gas systems have more moving parts, so regular maintenance is key to reaching the higher end of their lifespan.

Electric Furnaces

Electric furnaces often last 20–30 years. This makes them one of the longest-lasting options. These furnaces are usually cheaper to install and have fewer components that can break. The downside is higher energy costs, especially during cold snaps when the system works harder.

Oil Furnaces

Oil furnaces can serve you for 20–25 years. They provide strong, consistent heat but require more upkeep. This includes fuel deliveries and cleaning. Because oil systems are less common in Texas, repairs can sometimes be more expensive.

Factors Affecting Furnace Longevity

Even the best furnace won’t last long without proper care. One of the biggest factors affecting furnace lifespan is maintenance. Annual tune-ups help catch small problems early, reduce wear and tear, and keep the system running efficiently.

Usage patterns also matter. In Texas, furnaces may not run all winter as they do in colder states, but sudden cold fronts can cause heavy use in short periods. This stop-and-go pattern can strain older systems if they aren’t well-maintained.

Installation quality is another critical factor. A furnace that is too large or too small for your home will cycle incorrectly, leading to faster breakdowns. Professional installation ensures the system is sized correctly and built with quality components, both of which directly impact furnace lifespan.

Signs It’s Time to Repair or Replace Your Furnace

Knowing when to repair or replace your furnace can save you money and help avoid stress. Common signs of a failing furnace include:

Frequent breakdowns

Strange noises

Uneven heating

Rising energy bills

If your furnace needs repairs every season, those costs can add up quickly.

Repairs are usually a good option if the system is under 10–12 years old and the issue is minor (e.g., worn-out part or dirty component). However, replacement may be the smarter choice if the furnace is nearing the end of its expected life.

Tips to Extend Your Furnace’s Life

There are several simple steps homeowners can take to help their furnace last longer. Regular professional inspections are one of the most important. A trained technician can clean internal parts, check safety controls, and make sure everything is working properly.

Changing air filters regularly also makes a big difference. Dirty filters restrict airflow, forcing the furnace to work harder and wear out faster. Most homes benefit from changing filters every one to three months.

Additional tips include keeping vents clear, sealing air leaks in your home, and responding quickly to unusual sounds or smells.

Maximizing the Lifespan of Your Furnace

Comprehending furnace lifespan helps you plan ahead and avoid unexpected breakdowns during cold Texas winters. Knowing your furnace type, maintaining it properly, and watching for warning signs can extend its life dramatically.

If you are unsure about the condition of your furnace or are thinking about an upgrade, our experts at Dailey Company are here to help. Schedule professional maintenance or discuss replacement options today.

Dailey was proud to be part of the rebuild of the Waller County Courthouse, a landmark project that supports the continued growth of the county and the community it serves. This project required detailed planning, coordination, and forward-thinking electrical solutions to meet both current needs and future development.

Rebuilding for the Future

The original courthouse building had significant structural issues, and after careful evaluation, it was determined that a full teardown and rebuild was the best long-term solution. Dailey provided commercial electrical services during the construction of the new courthouse, supporting the electrical infrastructure needed for the rebuilt facility.

The new facility now houses the commissioners’ court, tax office, and multiple county departments under one roof. While the building itself is modern, thoughtful design choices were made to preserve pieces of the past. Select marble finishes from the original courthouse were carefully retained and incorporated into the new structure, honoring the history of the building while moving it forward.

Advanced Electrical Infrastructure

Dailey’s scope of work included extensive commercial electrical installations designed to support a growing county and evolving technology needs. Dailey provided and installed the first medium voltage pad mount transformer in Hempstead, a major milestone for the area. We also installed the medium voltage cable and completed all terminations to ensure reliable and efficient power delivery.

Dailey installed a generator to provide backup power and support critical operations during outages. Additional electrical apparatus was incorporated throughout the building to allow flexibility and capacity for future expansion.

Lighting That Blends Function and Design

Inside the courthouse, Dailey installed LED lighting throughout the building to provide efficient, long lasting illumination for daily operations. A complete lighting control system was added to give staff better control over lighting levels and energy use.

On the exterior, DMX color changing lighting was installed around the building and on all balconies. This system allows the courthouse to adjust its appearance for special events, holidays, or community celebrations while enhancing the architectural details of the structure.

A Project We Are Proud Of

The Waller County Courthouse project reflects Dailey’s experience with complex commercial electrical work and large scale public facilities. From medium voltage systems to lighting controls and generators, every aspect of the electrical installation was completed with reliability, safety, and long term performance in mind.

We are honored to have played a role in building a courthouse that will serve Waller County for generations to come.

At Dailey Company, Inc., we help Houston homeowners upgrade from traditional tank-style water heaters to modern tankless systems. Tankless water heaters deliver endless hot water, save space, and can reduce energy costs — but proper installation and choosing the right system are key to long-term performance.Recently, our team completed an installation featuring a Navien NPE-240A2, one of the most trusted tankless water heaters on the market. The customer wanted to upgrade from their old tank system and add a commercial-style ice maker in their garage. By completing both projects together, we saved them time and money while ensuring a professional installation built to last.

Why Homeowners Choose Tankless Water Heaters

Instant Hot Water: Systems like the Navien NPE-240A2 feature built-in buffer tanks that eliminate the “cold-water sandwich” effect.

Recirculation Options: Navien includes an integrated recirculation pump so you won’t have to wait for hot water to reach your shower.

Flexible Venting: Many tankless models allow for standard PVC venting in multiple configurations, lowering installation costs and avoiding unnecessary roof penetrations.

Long-Term Protection: Navien’s 15-year heat exchanger warranty far exceeds the standard for tank-style water heaters.

Energy Efficiency: On-demand heating reduces standby energy loss, saving you money.

What Sets a Professional Tankless Installation Apart

A quality installation makes all the difference for safety, performance, and longevity. At Dailey Company, Inc., we follow best practices for every tankless water heater installation in Houston — including this recent Navien NPE-240A2 project.

For this job, we:

Dropped water lines inside the wall and added a fire-resistant panel backing (FRP) for safety and a clean finish.

Installed a tankless-specific drain pan to protect surrounding areas from leaks or drips.

Added a thermal expansion tank or valve to prevent plumbing damage from pressure fluctuations.

Included a condensate neutralizer filter to protect your pipes and the environment.

These careful steps are why our installations deliver reliable performance for years.

After-Hours Service from Certified Houston Plumbers

We know plumbing issues don’t always happen during regular business hours. That’s why Dailey Company, Inc. offers after-hours service for tankless water heater installations and repairs in Houston. Our certified plumbers carry full parts kits for major brands like Navien so we can complete most repairs and installations with minimal downtime.

Whether you’re installing a new tankless system or replacing an old one, Dailey Company, Inc.’s experienced team will ensure your home gets fast, reliable service — even after hours.

If you’re planning to build a barndominium, one of the most important components to get right is the electrical system—especially if your building has a metal frame. In this recent new construction project, Dailey Company Inc. was brought in to handle the complete electrical installation from the ground up. The goal: to create a safe, reliable, and future-ready system that meets the unique needs of this type of structure.

Backup Power with a Generac Generator

A major feature of this installation is a 22 kW Generac generator, paired with a 200-amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). This system provides automatic backup power, kicking on within seconds of an outage and switching back to utility power when it’s restored.

As a Generac-certified contractor, Dailey Company Inc. follows all manufacturer guidelines and safety standards, ensuring dependable performance and long-term reliability.

Wiring Built for Metal Construction

Given that this barndominium has a full metal frame, we used M/C (metal-clad) cable throughout the building. M/C cable is designed specifically for metal structures—it’s durable, code-compliant, and offers added protection for the electrical system. It also contributes to a cleaner and more professional installation, especially important in open spaces where wiring may be partially exposed.

Ventilation with Big Ass Fans®

For airflow and climate control, we installed three industrial ceiling fans from Big Ass Fans®—a brand well known for high-performance ventilation in large buildings. These fans help circulate air throughout the space, reducing heat buildup and creating a more comfortable environment. They’re especially effective in barndominiums with high ceilings and wide-open interiors.

Smart Lighting with Lutron Caseta

To give the owner more control over lighting, we installed Lutron Caseta smart switches. These switches allow lights to be adjusted manually, through a smartphone app, or with voice assistants. The system supports features like dimming, timers, and remote access—adding both convenience and energy savings.

What This Means for Barndominium Owners

This project shows what’s possible when you design your barndominium’s electrical system with the right tools and expertise. From backup power and smart lighting to industrial-grade airflow and safe wiring solutions, the end result is a space that works better—day in and day out.

At Dailey Company Inc., we specialize in electrical installations for metal buildings, barndominiums, shops, and rural properties. Whether you’re starting with a bare frame or upgrading an existing structure, we bring experience, quality, and certified solutions to every project.

Have questions or planning a barndominium project of your own?

Wondering if your water softener is working properly? The quickest way to tell is by noticing softer skin and hair after showering, less soap scum buildup on dishes and fixtures, and improved water flow. If you’re still unsure, testing your water hardness or tasting it to check for a salty flavor can help confirm its effectiveness.

For reliable water softener installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting, trust Dailey Company to keep your water soft and your system running smoothly. Contact us today for expert service and peace of mind.

Why Water Softeners Matter

Knowing how a water softener functions helps identify changes in performance. Water softeners tackle hard water by removing calcium and magnesium, the minerals responsible for scale buildup. Through ion exchange, these minerals are swapped out for sodium ions, resulting in water that’s kinder to your plumbing and appliances.

Softened water supports the efficiency of home systems. Hard water may lead to mineral buildup in pipes, reduced appliance function, and skin dryness. Keeping a water softener in working condition limits these issues. Regular monitoring allows small problems to be managed before they become more disruptive.

How to Tell If Your Water Softener Is Working

Checking water softener performance involves several simple observations. First, pay attention to how your water feels. Soft water should feel smooth and silky, unlike hard water, which can leave a film on your skin. Watch how soap reacts; it should lather quickly and rinse off cleanly in treated water.

Next, inspect the salt levels in your brine tank. A correctly operating system will use salt regularly, so a consistently high level may indicate a malfunction. A water hardness test kit from a hardware store can help verify whether minerals like calcium and magnesium are being removed. Cloudy glassware or spotting on dishes may also indicate reduced softening. Unusual odors or changes in water clarity can further suggest that the system isn’t functioning as expected.

Signs Your Water Softener Is Not Working

Spotting signs that your water softener isn’t working can save you from bigger headaches later. Look for the return of hard water symptoms, like mineral stains on your fixtures or dishes. A drop in water pressure might mean the resin bed is clogged.

Unusual sounds coming from the unit may suggest mechanical problems or internal blockages. Excessive salt use or frequent regeneration cycles can also indicate reduced efficiency. If your laundry feels stiff or colors fade more quickly, untreated hard water may be affecting fabric quality.

Quick Checks and Troubleshooting Tips

Before seeking professional help, try a few basic steps. Confirm that the bypass valve is in the correct position, since a system in bypass mode will not treat the water.

Cleaning the brine tank and resin bed may restore performance if buildup is present. Review the timer and settings on the unit, as disruptions from power loss or accidental adjustments can interfere with proper operation.

When to Call a Professional

Sometimes, professional help is the best course of action. If troubleshooting doesn’t solve the issue, if you face persistent mechanical problems, or if you need replacement parts, it’s time to call in the experts.

At Dailey Company, our technicians are ready to tackle any water softener issues, ensuring your system runs smoothly and your water quality remains high.

Your furnace is an essential part of your home, keeping you nice and warm through the coldest months of the year. But what happens when your furnace stops blowing hot air? There could be many reasons for this, but the end result is an extra chilly winter. Find out why furnaces may stop working, how to fix them, and who to turn to for help.

Common Reasons Your Furnace Isn’t Blowing Hot Air

When your furnace is not blowing hot air, finding out why can be a major help in fixing it. Some typical culprits behind this issue are:

Thermostat Issues

Start by examining the thermostat. Your furnace might not heat properly if it’s set incorrectly or is malfunctioning. Ensure it’s on “heat” mode and the temperature is higher than the current room temperature. For battery-operated models, check if the batteries need replacing. A quick reset might also fix minor glitches. Regular checks and correct settings can help avoid unnecessary heating problems, as well as any number of other potential issues.

Clogged Air Filters

Clogged air filters are a frequent culprit when a furnace isn’t blowing hot air. Dirty filters restrict airflow, forcing the furnace to work harder and less efficiently. This can lead to inadequate heating, which is why you should inspect and replace air filters every one to three months. Clean filters improve airflow and enhance indoor air quality, contributing to a comfortable and healthy home.

Pilot Light or Ignition Problems

If you have an older model of gas furnace, issues with the pilot light or ignition system can also stop your furnace from heating properly. The furnace can’t heat the air if the pilot light is out or the ignition system isn’t working. Check if the pilot light is lit and relight it if needed, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

For electronic ignition systems, ensure they have power. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it’s best to call a professional, as dealing with gas components can be risky.

Ductwork Obstructions

Obstructions or leaks in ductwork can disrupt hot air flow throughout your home. Debris build-up or damage to ducts can cause uneven heating or cold spots. Regularly check for visible damage or blockages and make sure all vents are open. A professional assessment may be needed to restore efficient heating if you suspect a ductwork issue.

Troubleshooting Tips to Try First

Before reaching out to professionals, try these troubleshooting steps to address furnace issues safely:

Check the Thermostat

Verify that the thermostat is set to “heat” and that the temperature is higher than the room’s current temperature. If it’s battery-operated, replace the batteries, and consult the manual for a reset procedure if needed.

Inspect and Replace Air Filters

Check air filters for dirt and debris. Replace them if clogged to improve airflow and heating efficiency.

Examine the Pilot Light

Ensure the pilot light is lit. If it’s out, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to relight it safely. Confirm that electronic ignition systems are functioning and receiving power.

When to Call a Professional

If troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, it might be time to call the experts. Persistent ignition problems, unusual noises, or frequent cycling on and off indicate that professional service is needed. Technicians can diagnose and fix complex issues, ensuring your furnace operates safely and efficiently.

Preventing Furnace Issues in the Future

Regular maintenance helps you avoid future furnace problems. Schedule annual inspections with a professional to catch potential issues early. Consider a programmable thermostat to maintain consistent temperatures and reduce furnace wear.

Fix Your Furnace to Enjoy a Warm Home

Addressing furnace issues promptly is the best way to keep your home warm and comfortable. Learning about these common problems and how to fix them can save you a lot of trouble and time if you have to call in the professionals. If you’re experiencing furnace issues, contact Dailey Company for expert HVAC services today.

A gurgling sink is a common issue with many potential causes. Although it may seem puzzling to solve, understanding why your sink is gurgling is the first step to fixing it. Let’s explore some possible causes and cover the ideal practical solutions to try at home. With the proper knowledge and tools, you can have your sink running smoothly—and quietly—in no time.

Why Is My Sink Gurgling?

A gurgling sink may be annoying, but it also signals underlying plumbing issues. The most common culprit is air that gets trapped in the drain. This happens when water struggles to pass a blockage created by food scraps, grease, or foreign objects lodged in your pipes. When a blockage occurs, it creates a vacuum effect, resulting in that familiar gurgling sound.

Venting problems can also lead to a gurgling sink. Plumbing systems rely on vents to balance air pressure and ensure smooth water flow. When these vents are blocked or damaged, it disrupts this balance, leading to the noises you hear. Over time, venting issues can develop from poor installation, wear and tear, or neglecting regular maintenance, impacting your sink’s performance.

The DIY approach for fixing a gurgling sink can be budget-friendly and satisfying.

Plunge It

To attempt a quick fix yourself, start by using a plunger. This will eliminate minor blockages. Simply fill the sink with enough water to cover the plunger’s cup, position it over the drain, and pump it up and down. If it works, the clog will flush down the drain, and the sink will stop gurgling.

Check the P-Trap

Next, check the P-trap, the U-shaped pipe under your sink. This spot can collect buildup over time. Place a bucket underneath to catch any water, unscrew the trap, and clean it with a brush or cloth. Reattach it securely to avoid leaks.

Inspect the Vent Pipes

The vent pipes are necessary for air circulation in your plumbing system. If you’re comfortable with heights, check the vent pipes on your roof for obstructions like leaves or nests. If it seems risky, call a professional to do the job.

When to Call a Plumber

Sometimes, tackling plumbing issues can require a professional’s help. If your sink keeps gurgling despite your efforts or if you notice other plumbing problems, it’s wise to call a professional plumber. Persistent gurgling might indicate bigger issues, like significant blockages or venting difficulties requiring specialized tools. Older plumbing systems and systems with complex layouts should be left to the pros.

At Dailey Company, our experienced technicians are ready to handle even the toughest plumbing challenges to keep your system running smoothly and quietly.

Preventing a Gurgling Sink in the Future

Keeping your sink quiet and efficient starts with prevention. Regular maintenance and smart habits can help avoid gurgling issues. Here are some preventative tips to keep your plumbing system running smoothly.

Clean your drains and P-traps regularly to prevent buildup.

Never put grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the drain.

Check your plumbing system for wear and tear, and make sure your vent pipes are clean.

Schedule regular professional inspections to catch potential problems early.

Following these steps, you can maintain a smoothly functioning plumbing system and avoid a gurgling sink.

Struggling with low water pressure disrupts daily routines, from taking showers to doing laundry. Keeping your home’s water pressure at the right level ensures that your plumbing is efficient. If you’re facing water pressure issues, there are practical steps to enhance your water flow. For more complex problems, professional help from Dailey Company provides timely and effective solutions.

What’s Considered Normal House Water Pressure?

For most homes, water pressure should fall between 40 and 60 psi. This range keeps your plumbing system running smoothly, ensuring that showers are satisfying and appliances fill quickly.

If the pressure dips too low, you might notice weaker water flow, which can disrupt daily routines. Pressure that’s too high can damage pipes and fixtures, leading to leaks and costly repairs. Keeping your water pressure within an ideal range helps protect your plumbing and ensures a reliable water supply throughout your home.

Common Causes of Low Water Pressure

Low water pressure can be a real hassle, and pinpointing the cause is the first step to fixing it. Often, clogged pipes are to blame, as mineral deposits or debris can build up over time, restricting water flow. Leaks in the plumbing system are another common issue. A small leak can cause a noticeable drop in pressure by letting water escape before it reaches your taps.

Faulty fixtures, such as old faucets or showerheads, might also be the culprits, as they can impede water flow. A partially closed valve on the main water supply line can affect pressure throughout your home. Lastly, older plumbing systems may struggle to meet modern water demands, leading to inadequate pressure.

How to Increase Water Pressure: Quick Fixes

Before reaching out to a professional, there are a few straightforward steps you can take to tackle low water pressure.

Check all the valves: Ensure the main water valve and any individual shut-off valves are fully open, as even a slight closure can impact water pressure significantly.

Inspect your faucet aerators and showerheads: Mineral deposits can obstruct water flow, but cleaning these components is simple. Unscrew them and soak in vinegar to dissolve any buildup, which can often restore normal pressure.

Examine pressure regulators: These devices can sometimes malfunction or be set incorrectly. Adjusting the regulator to the correct psi may resolve the issue.

If these steps don’t improve your water pressure, it might be time to explore more comprehensive solutions or seek professional help. Addressing these minor issues can provide immediate relief and improve your water flow.

When to Call a Pro

Sometimes, quick fixes aren’t enough to solve water pressure issues, and professional help becomes necessary. If basic solutions haven’t worked, persistent low pressure might signal more serious problems, such as hidden leaks or complex plumbing failures that need expert attention.

Older plumbing systems may struggle with modern water demands, and a professional assessment can determine if you need an upgrade. Choosing a reputable service like Dailey Company ensures a thorough evaluation and tailored solutions. Our skilled technicians can maintain consistent water pressure in your home.

Preventing Future Water Pressure Problems

Focus on prevention as much as on fixing current issues to keep your water pressure steady. Regular plumbing inspections can catch small problems, such as leaks or corrosion, before they turn into major repairs. You can avoid costly surprises down the line by scheduling these checks.

Quick repairs maintain your system’s health. Fixing minor issues right away improves water flow but also helps your plumbing last longer. Routine maintenance, such as cleaning faucet aerators and checking pressure regulators, should be part of your regular upkeep.

Perfect Water Pressure With Dailey Company Services

Maintaining the right water pressure involves knowing the ideal range, spotting common issues, and applying quick fixes when needed. If these steps don’t resolve the problem, professional services like Dailey Company can handle more complex plumbing challenges.

For expert assistance, Dailey Company is ready to help with all your plumbing needs. Our skilled technicians provide top-notch service and ensure your satisfaction. If you’re dealing with persistent water pressure problems, reach out to Dailey Company today for professional support and peace of mind.

How Often to Clean AC Coils?

Your AC coils play a vital role in keeping your home comfortable, but when they get dirty, your system works harder, driving up energy bills and wearing out faster. For Texas homeowners facing the summer heat, knowing how often to clean your AC coils is essential to avoiding breakdowns and keeping your system running efficiently.

Learn how to recognize the signs, set the right maintenance schedule, and keep your cooling system performing at its best—all with expert help from Dailey Company.

Why Clean AC Coils Matter

Your AC coils transfer heat, allowing your system to cool the air efficiently. When dirt and debris build up on the coils, your unit works harder to achieve the same results, using more energy and straining internal components. Over time, this can shorten your system’s lifespan and increase the risk of breakdowns.

Regular AC maintenance keeps your coils clean, supports peak performance, and helps lower energy bills. It’s a simple step that significantly affects system reliability and long-term comfort.

How Often Should You Clean AC Coils?

Knowing how often to clean AC coils depends on how frequently you run your system and the conditions around your home. A thorough cleaning once a year is enough for most households to maintain performance. However, some setups may need more frequent care.

You may need to clean your coils more often if:

You use your AC heavily during the summer months

Your home is near construction, fields, or dusty roads

You live with pets that shed hair and dander

You notice inconsistent cooling or higher energy bills

Regular cleanings prevent wear and tear, improve airflow, and protect your system’s long-term performance.

Signs Your Coils May Need Cleaning

Monitoring your AC system’s performance can reveal when it’s time for a coil cleaning. Watch for these common signs:

Warm air or weak airflow from your vents

Unexpected spikes in your energy bill

Longer cooling cycles that struggle to keep up

Visible dirt, dust, or debris on the outdoor unit or indoor coil

Icing or frost buildup on refrigerant lines or the evaporator coil

Unusual Noises can indicate the system is straining, possibly due to clogged coils

Noticing any of these issues? It may be time to schedule a professional cleaning or inspect your coils more closely.

Professional vs DIY Coil Cleaning

Deciding between a professional service and a DIY approach for cleaning AC coils depends on your comfort level and the condition of your system:

Professional Cleaning

Delivers a deep, thorough clean using specialized tools

Reduces the risk of damaging sensitive components

Often includes a full system check as part of routine AC maintenance

DIY Cleaning

Budget-friendly if you’re experienced and have the right tools

Useful for light buildup or touch-ups between service visits

Requires caution to avoid bending fins or voiding warranties

When in doubt, contact Dailey Company for expert AC maintenance. Professional help ensures the job’s done right, without the risk.

Tips for Keeping AC Coils Cleaner Longer

Staying ahead of buildup helps extend the time between cleanings and keeps your system running efficiently. Here’s how to prevent dirt and debris from collecting on your AC coils:

Change your air filter regularly: A clogged filter allows dust and dirt to circulate through your system and settle on the coils.

Keep the outdoor unit clear: Trim vegetation, remove leaves, and avoid storing items near the condenser unit to maintain airflow.

Seal air leaks: Gaps around windows and doors let in more dust, increasing how fast your system gets dirty.

Schedule routine AC maintenance: Regular inspections and tune-ups from our team catch minor issues before they become expensive problems.

With a few proactive steps, you can keep your coils cleaner, reduce energy waste, and avoid unnecessary wear on your AC system.

Keep Your System Efficient With Clean AC Coils

Clean AC coils are key to keeping your home cool and your system running efficiently. When dirt builds up, your AC works harder, which means higher energy bills and more wear over time. Regular coil cleaning is a smart part of your overall AC maintenance routine. If you’re due for a checkup or want expert help, contact Dailey Company for trusted HVAC services.
