Members receive two complimentary HVAC tune-ups, a plumbing inspection every 11 months, and an electrical inspection every 11 months. You’ll also receive same-day service for household emergencies, 15% off repairs, no service fee during normal business hours, and double the warranty on repairs for two years. It’s a simple way to take care of your home and have our team there when you need us.

Our Family savings plan also includes a lifetime warranty on all products, devices, and equipment installed by our company, excluding bulbs. Any eligible product, device, or equipment that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge as long as your Family Savings Plan is in good standing. Failure of fixtures through abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, or earthquake will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear such as scratches or finish blemishes will not constitute cause for replacement. This contract price does not include filters for HVAC system. A year’s supply can be included at an additional cost, prices vary depending on size and type of filter.
In order to ensure trouble-free operation of eligible products, devices, and equipment, we must thoroughly inspect your home’s entire HVAC, electrical, and plumbing system on our initial visit. Afterward, we will need to inspect your HVAC, electrical and plumbing at least once every eleven months.
