Thomas and his helper did a great job diagnosing that my AC problem was due to a broken thermostat.  They got the new part

Sean came to check out a garage fan and associated thermostat. He soon found that the fan motor had failed.
He also improved the lighting in the loft and installed a timer for the external house lights. He provided an estimate for the electrical work to install a split level A/C unit for the garage.

Dale arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. Changing the on demand water heater was very involved and he did an excellent job
