We contacted Dailey yesterday afternoon when we realized we had an issue with our breaker box and Conduit on the outside of our house. The receptionist we talked to was very personable and friendly and quickly scheduled us for 8 a.m. the next morning. Our electrician Red was phenomenal. He was punctual, early in fact, very polite, and performed his job exceedingly well. The communication through this entire process was very impressive and something we have not experienced with any other company before. Red called earlier than my appointment to let me know that he was available as the previous job went faster than expected. I was pleased to get the call and he was here in 20 minutes. Red and his assistant arrived with masks and shoe covers. They added an outlet in the bathroom with no problem. I have used Dailey before and they were always great. This time was no exception.
